The pilot
A controlled deployment. Real answers.
A Meridian pilot moves the platform from modeled behaviour to measured performance — two or three operators, twenty-five to fifty aircraft, one or two corridors, and two founding brands. Six months for the brands, thirty days to enrol an operator, and measured passenger, brand and operator data at the end.
What we measure
What the pilot will establish.
The pilot exists to replace the model's assumptions with observed performance, in a deployment small enough to control and real enough to trust.
