Experiences
Concept library
Formats, not placements.
Meridian does not sell banner inventory. It creates destination-aware formats built around what a passenger can discover, consider, request or arrange during a private flight — and what has to exist on the ground for it to complete.
Live Meridian experiences
Products a passenger can actually use.
Not placements, and not mock-ups. Each of these opens as a working product — configure, choose, shortlist, request — and every request resolves to fulfillment at the destination.

Open experience →Six interactions
Everything reduces to six things a passenger can do.
Categories change by destination. The interaction does not. Building against six formats is what makes the library repeatable rather than bespoke per brand.
Configure
01The passenger specifies something during the flight.
Automotive · Aircraft · Commissioned goods
On the ground: A retailer or dealer who can act on a specification before arrival.
View
02The passenger explores curated inventory.
Residences · Yachts · Art · Collectibles
On the ground: A broker or agent who can show the inventory in-market.
Reserve
03The passenger holds something for arrival.
Dining · Hotels · Villas · Wellness · Transport
On the ground: An operator with live availability during the passenger's dates.
Access
04The passenger requests entry to something not generally open.
Private clubs · Events · Cultural institutions · Mountain access
On the ground: A host or member relationship, not a transaction.
Read
05The passenger takes in something worth knowing, with no transaction attached.
Financial intelligence · Editorial · Destination intelligence
On the ground: Optional — the introduction only happens if the passenger asks.
Arrange
06The passenger hands an intent to someone who can complete it.
Concierge · Transfers · Onward travel · Services
On the ground: A concierge or service partner able to take an open-ended request.

Prototype
Bentley · Palm Beach
The clearest version of the whole model: a route resolves a format, the passenger specifies something concrete at altitude, and a person in the destination market acts on it before the aircraft lands.

- 01
Discover
The format surfaces because the aircraft is inbound to Palm Beach in season. Nothing about the passenger is known or needed.
- 02
Configure
The passenger specifies exterior, interior and options while airborne, with two hours and nothing competing for their attention.
- 03
Activate
An explicit request is routed to a retailer in the arrival market, with the specification attached, before wheels-down.
Illustrative concept. Bentley is not a Meridian partner and has not been approached in connection with this material.
The library
Change the destination. Watch the library change.
This is the product thesis as a control rather than a claim. Nothing here is route-agnostic — an Aspen format has no meaning on a Nassau flight, and Meridian resolves that before the aircraft is airborne.

Interaction
8 formats · Palm Beach
Every format needs someone on the ground.
A configurator with no dealer behind it is an advertisement. The difference between Meridian and media is whether the thing the passenger asked for actually happens after they land.
